Fire Sprinkler contractors, like all construction trades are experiencing a serios lack of manpower at every level of the business. This shortage of manpower is compounded by inflation, the increasing cost of money and materials, all resulting in projects cancelled or on hold. All of these factors are holding back potentional growth and expansion opportunities and seem out of our control. They are not.
